3 eggs
1¾ cups milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon oil
In a blender mix eggs and milk. Add flour, salt, sugar and oil and blend until smooth, much like a crape batter. Cook on a lightly greased griddle or skillet.
Note: They should be very thin and delicate.
