From: Sweet Potato Queens author Jill Browne
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Small onion – finely diced
A good helping of diced cooked, crisp bacon (she suggests 12 slices)
1 stick butter – melted
3 cans biscuits
Cut biscuits in quarters (more if using Grands)
Let the pieces loll around in the melted butter
Roll in the mixture of bacon, onion and cheese
Place in brundt pan
Bake in 350° for 40 minutes
Nancy’s Notes: I made with 1 can of Grands biscuits and ½ of the other ingredients. Baked in a well greased loaf pan. I made 9/16/09 for Bob and Michael, we liked.
